Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

01
What is EFT?
EFT is a holistic, evidence-based approach that involves tapping gently on acupressure points on the face and body while tuning into emotions or experiences you'd like to shift. Think of it as emotional acupuncture without needles — using your fingertips and your awareness to bring calm to your mind and body.

Session Duration
An EFT session lasts around 60 minutes, allowing ample time to address concerns and develop coping strategies. My approach is calm, collaborative, and deeply respectful. You don’t need to know how to “fix” anything — that’s not what this space is about. In our sessions, we talk about what’s going on for you and what you’d like support with. I guide you through gentle tapping while you speak or reflect (you can close your eyes or keep them open, whatever feels safest). You’re encouraged to notice what shifts — emotionally, physically, or mentally, as we work. We go slowly, and you’re always in control. You don’t need to prepare or have any experience with EFT or therapy, just come as you are!

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to have experience with EFT?
Not at all. I guide you gently every step of the way. All you need is an openness to explore what you’re feeling.
Can we work online?
Yes. All sessions are held remotely via Google Meet. EFT works beautifully online, and many clients love the comfort of working from their own space.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Everything you share in our sessions is kept completely confidential. I provide a safe, private space where you can talk openly without fear of judgment. The only exceptions are rare situations where I am legally or ethically required to share information—for example, if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if required by law. If you ever have questions about this, I will be happy to talk it through with you so you feel clear and comfortable.
