Hello, I'm Georgia

Currently residing in Thailand, I have a passion for learning, reading, travelling, and enjoying a slow-paced, intentional life. It hasn’t always been this way—years of anxiety and burnout led me to explore a wide range of healing practices. That journey sparked a deep interest in emotional wellbeing and eventually guided me toward studying counselling, psychotherapy, and holistic approaches to healing.
I am an internationally accredited EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) practitioner, certified through EFT International. I hold an associate degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy from Melbourne, Australia, and Level 1 & 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy Certification.
I first discovered EFT while exploring alternative approaches to emotional healing. While I value the insights that can come from traditional talk therapy, I was struck by how quickly EFT can help shift emotional states—sometimes in just one session. Its ability to gently uncover and release stuck emotions is what drew me in, and what continues to inspire my work today.
My passion lies in supporting people as they move through anxiety, emotional blocks, grief, life transitions, and the journey of inner healing. Using trauma-informed EFT tapping, I help you process emotions, reduce overwhelm, and experience more calm and clarity in your everyday life. Sessions are relaxed, intuitive, and collaborative—offered online, so you can connect from anywhere in the world.
